Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Camille is the youngest of six siblings born to the late Pastor Ben and Mrs. Linnie Young. A passionate believer in the power of servant leadership, she’s worked diligently for over a decade to advance the causes of the less fortunate. Serving first as a Domestic Violence Victims Advocate for Shelby County Government before playing pivotal roles as a Health Educator at UT Health Science Center and Senior Associate at the Achievement Network. She is currently employed with the Memphis Police Department as a Victim Specialist.
In authoring this book, Camille shares how it is possible to be 46+ years old, unmarried with no children, and still find purpose in the ability to impact the lives of others.
Camille holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, and a Masters of Science degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Public Policy and Management from the University of Memphis.
She's a Certified Life Coach, a weekly YouTuber and celebrated Speaker who shares her passion, testimony, and message of hope to inspire audiences across the country.
